About myself and why i make this page.

So i am not only someone who will promote just a product, myself and my dear girlfriend both have the idea of losing weight ourselves too.

I gained from 2013 till now, over 7 years 27 kilogram, and my girlfriend gained like 12-15 kilogram the last 1 to 2 years. So also we are out of form and is become time at least for myself that i finally do something about it. I was weighing 77kilo in 2013 and now i have 104 kilogram. I must say i stiil feel good but i dont have the same stamina, nor have i the same confidence about myself. But i definite learned to love food and i love to eat.


I did practice competitive sport when i was younger till the age of 17. Then i began working and was always active being on the road with my friends, but since i stopped working and met my girlfriend and she love making food for me, i started gaining weight. The other reason beside quiting work is that i am not the most active man at the time. I live quite a lazy life so going to fitness i dont do although we had talked about it.  Now i am going to have a good look of some natural based weight loss supplements that are on the market. 1 bulb of white onion

3 cups of water





Peel off the onion skin and slice it in a bowl.

Now, add a cup of water to a saucepan and bring it to a boil.

Remove it from heat after 3-4 minutes and put onions and water to a mixer.

Mix it well and add two more cups of water. Pour the onion juice into a glass and drink it.
